"Many hands make light work." This quote reminds us that the challenges we carry can feel lighter when we do not have to face them alone. I am also inspired by the idea of infinite diversity in infinite combinations: the belief that each person’s unique identity, history, strengths, and experiences deserve to be honored.

If you are an adult navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, or other major stressors, I want you to know that support is available. My goal is to offer a safe, compassionate, and supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered as you work through life’s challenges.

First session

In our first session, we will take time to get to know you and explore the experiences, concerns, or life changes that brought you to therapy. We will also begin identifying your goals and creating a treatment plan that can guide our work together at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive for you. Together, we can chart a course toward healing, growth, and a future that feels more aligned with who you are and where you want to go.

Strengths

I aim to create a warm, welcoming environment where you can express yourself openly and honestly without fear of judgment. I value clear, respectful communication and believe it helps build trust, reduce misunderstandings, and ensure that we are moving together in a direction that honors who you are and what matters most to you.

Ideal clients

I work with adults ages 18 and older from a wide range of backgrounds, identities, and life experiences. I strive to meet each client with respect, openness, and cultural humility. Together, we can work on developing practical coping skills and deeper insight to help manage anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and the many difficulties that can arise throughout life. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you identify, understand, and reframe unhelpful thought patterns. I may also incorporate Exposure and Response Prevention when supporting clients with anxiety-related concerns, along with other techniques tailored to your unique needs, values, and goals. Above all, my approach is client-centered, collaborative, and grounded in compassion, recognizing that there is no one-size-fits-all path toward healing.
