I get it, life can be freaking hard sometimes — full of highs, lows, and everything in between. It’s completely normal to feel like it’s all too much. But here’s the truth: there is nothing wrong with you, and you don’t need to be “fixed.” Feeling lost or stuck doesn’t mean you’ve failed. It simply means you’re navigating the complexities of life and your human experience. You are worthy of support as you move through life’s challenges. Whether you’re seeking relief from trauma, ADHD, anxiety, burnout, struggles with self-esteem, or a major life transition—or simply trying to find yourself again—you deserve the space to do deep inner work and uncover what is waiting to heal within you. I know it can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone I’m here to offer a safe space where you can show up as your full self and feel truly seen, heard, and held through it all. I’ll hype you up, keep it real, and probably make you laugh—all while helping you connect the dots in ways you have not explored. I'll encourage you to feel because healing isn’t just about talking—it’s about feeling, releasing, and reclaiming your power. As a holistic therapist, I see you as so much more than a set of symptoms.I see the whole you. Your mind, body, soul, and spirit are all deeply connected, and true healing happens when we honor all parts of you. Together, we’ll develop compassion and resilience while creating space for healing and lasting change.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, clients can expect a welcoming, nonjudgmental space to simply be themselves. We’ll slow things down and focus on building a sense of safety and connection. I’ll gently ask about what brings you to therapy, what you're hoping to work on, and what feels most important to you right now. There’s no pressure to share everything all at once—we move at your pace. We’ll also explore any questions you have about the therapy process, and I’ll share a bit about how I work

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to hold deep, compassionate space for clients to feel truly seen, heard, and accepted. I bring warmth, authenticity, and a grounded presence into the therapy room, which helps clients feel safe enough to be real and vulnerable. I’m intuitive and attuned, and I meet each person where they are with curiosity and care. My integrative, holistic approach—honoring the mind, body, and soul—allows me to support clients on a deeper level, not just through talk therapy, but through healing that touches the whole self. I also bring cultural sensitivity and lived experience into the work, which helps me connect meaningfully with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I specialize in supporting adults who are navigating the messy, beautiful complexity of being human—especially those struggling with anxiety, trauma, stress, burnout, perfectionism, life transitions, or self-esteem challenges. Many of my clients identify as sensitive, deep feelers, or cycle breakers. They may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, and they’re ready to create meaningful change in their lives. I also work with folks in the Latine community who are carrying the weight of generational trauma, identity stress, or immigration-related experiences. My clients are ready to feel more connected to themselves, to reclaim their voice and power, and to heal holistically—mind, body, and soul.

My treatment methods

Humanistic

I use humanistic approach to create a safe, nonjudgmental space in which you feel safe, seen, heard, and empowered, and accepted for who you are authentically. I focus on empathy, compassion, and support you in healing, growing, and positive transformation.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT techniques to support you in developing awareness of how your thoughts impact your feelings and behaviors, how to challenge unhelpful thoughts, and reframe them in a way that will better serve you. CBT techniques can reduce overthinking, rumination, negative self talk, and more.

Somatic

I use somatic techniques to support you in healing from stress, anxiety, and trauma by strengthening the mind-body connection as our experiences, traumas, and emotions are stored not just in the mind but also in the body.

Psychodynamic

I use a psychodynamic approach to support you in exploring how your past experiences, subconscious mind, and childhood relationships, shape your current core beliefs, behaviors, patterns, and emotions.

Positive Psychology

I use positive psychology techniques to support you in exploring what makes life worth living. We identify your strengths and values to understand and enhance your overall well-being, happiness, and overall life satisfaction.
