What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session we will focus on getting to know each other. I will develop a better understanding of your individual needs and together we will identify the best approach to take in future sessions together.

Through my own lived experience, education, and 11 years of experience I have learned that walking alongside you while honoring your human experience in a safe container is the most important factor in therapy. I will meet you where you are at wether that is getting to the core root of an issue or teaching specific coping skills to overcome the challenges you are facing.

I enjoy working with individuals that know they are deserving of receiving the support they need to overcome their mental health challenges. They are aware that they deserve to heal, live the life they deserve, and are ready to create positive lasting change.
