What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I am here to allow you space and time to share what you have been experiencing. Even during the first session, I focus on helping you turn your focus to what you can and can’t change — ultimately: you, your choices, and your responses to events. We will spend some time getting to know you and the issues that brought you into treatment. I will ask questions about your presenting concerns, as well as your history and background. Most likely, you’ll find yourself talking about your current symptoms or struggles, as well saying a bit about your relationships, your interests, your strengths, and your goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My strengths are being relatable, direct, understanding, motivating, and enhancing.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

Are you feeling a sense of lack of direction, worry, or stress? Unsure how to handle current changes? or seeking to shape who you are? My expertise lies in challenging you to confront barriers that prohibit you from feeling fulfilled, use your strengths to problem solve the various things that create a delay in moving your life to a place you are more content with. I specialize in working with individuals who are feeling anxious, worried, angry, lack of motivation or direction, loss of self-due to a change in work or relationships, and self-criticism and doubt.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT is a structured, goal-oriented approach that empowers clients to take an active role in managing their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, leading to lasting positive change.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

ACT is a flexible and holistic approach to therapy that emphasizes acceptance, mindfulness, and values-based living. By cultivating psychological flexibility, clients can learn to live more fully in the present moment and make choices that align with their deepest values and aspirations.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

Solution-Focused Brief Therapy is a collaborative, strengths-based approach that empowers clients to identify their goals, tap into their strengths, and make positive changes in their lives in a relatively short period of time.
