It is not easy to trust someone else with your personal challenges or just your feelings. I am a compassionate clinical social worker who offers a safe and supportive environment for you to balance your life and empower yourself. Clients often tell me they appreciate my more laid-back, yet professional therapeutic style. My goal as a therapist is offer you a voice and collaborate with you on YOUR goals, I respect your cultural beliefs and your opinions, focus on your strengths, and give you the tools needed to move forward with YOUR goals.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first session, I will listen to you tell me the thoughts and feelings that you are comfortable with sharing. I will, at times, ask you a question that comes to mind, in order to help me get to the place I need to be in order to best form a helping partnership with you. You too, can ask me questions that come to your mind. I try to make the counseling preocess as easy and as comfortable as possible.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I genuinely love what I do and very much enjoy my clients. I view our therapeutic relationship as a partnership and I learn as much from my clients as my clients do from me. There is no room for judgment in out partnership. I am here for you, not who I think you should be!
