In our first session, I'll take time to get to know you, what brings you to therapy, what you're hoping to work on, and how I can best support you. We'll explore your current concerns, talk about your goals, and start building rapport in a safe, judgement-free space. I'll also answer any questions you may have about the therapy process so you can feel comfortable and confident moving forward.

I use a blend of evident based methods like CBT, Solution-focused, and person-centered approaches to tailor sessions to each client's unique needs and goals.
