(she/her)
Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or disconnected from themselves or the world around them. You may be carrying stress that feels unmanageable or emotions that are hard to name, let alone express. I offer a space to slow down, explore what you're feeling, and reconnect with your inner resources. Together, we’ll make sense of your experience, work through what’s holding you back, and help you move toward a life that feels more meaningful.
The first season is really centered around finding out more about you, what your expectations for therapy are and if we can be a good fit to work together.
I have been in the field for over a decade and has specialties but have also practiced widely enough to know how various aspects of life and experiences can impact different people differently. I utilize tools that have outcome measures to track goals and expectations. There therapeutic process is client centered and also fluid based on the current circumstances and needs.
My ideal client would be an individual who is ready to challenge themselves to grow, even if growth is a slow process. Showing up is the first step to making change! If you’re seeking therapy, even to try it out, I am willing to be there! I’m always amazed at the bravery and strength clients have, and I love to walk that path with people and help them to see their strength.
