Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Arizona. I received my Masters degree from Grand Canyon University. I have been practicing for 5 years and I help adults and adolescents who struggle with depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, stress, relational concerns, trauma, and burnout. I help clients become the best versions of themselves. I enjoy working with clients on an individual bases, as a family, and in a group setting.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, make sure we vibe, and then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
I have experience working with adolescents 12 + and adults 18 + and am known for my ability to connect with my clients in a genuine manner. I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
I truly enjoy working with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, suicidal thought, stress, and overall feeling lost in life. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their life and future.

She’ll use DBT to help clients recognize how the things we engage in influence our thoughts and feelings. We'll then use that knowledge to change, which will help you manage unhelpful thinking patterns, develop healthy coping skills, and increase your overall quality of life.
