I offer integrative therapy that helps people reconnect with their authentic selves by blending somatic therapy, relational approaches, expressive arts (movement, dance, music), and elements of cognitive and spiritual healing. I guide clients through moment-by-moment change processes, supporting them in speaking their truth, healing past wounds, and building more ease, balance, and love within themselves. My work treats the whole person — emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually — and invites creativity and embodied expression into the therapeutic journey.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first session, we’ll take our time getting to know each other. You’ll have space to share what’s bringing you here, and we’ll start piecing together what you’re carrying — your experiences, your challenges, your hopes. We’ll talk about what you want to work on, where you feel stuck, and where you’d like to see yourself move toward. I’ll also share a little bit about how I work — somatically, relationally, creatively — so you know what to expect and what’s possible. The first session is really about creating a foundation: building trust, setting some intentions, and making sure you feel seen, heard, and supported from the start. We will also discuss logistics (cancelation policy etc.) , informed consent and confidentiality.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Creating a deeply compassionate, relational, and embodied space where clients feel seen, heard, and safe. Guiding clients to access and heal through their body, not just their mind, using somatic techniques, expressive arts, and relational presence. Helping clients rediscover their voice and authentic self-expression, especially after experiences of trauma, disconnection, or cultural oppression. Honoring the whole person — spiritually, emotionally, physically, and mentally — rather than reducing healing to a single dimension. Holding hope and belief in the client’s ability to change, while walking with them through their fears, doubts, and pain toward empowerment and resilience.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I am best positioned to serve clients who feel disconnected from themselves due to trauma, anxiety, loss of confidence, cultural/societal pressures, pregnancy and postpartum, or life transitions — particularly those who long to reclaim their voice, body, and sense of agency. I especially support individuals who value holistic approaches, who may be drawn to somatic work, movement, music, or creative expression, and who are seeking a relational, compassionate, and non-judgmental therapeutic space to rediscover themselves.

My treatment methods

Somatic

A somatic therapist weaves body and mind together like threads in a tapestry of healing. Through somatic techniques — breathwork, embodied awareness, mindfulness practices, subtle movements — clients are gently guided back to the wisdom of their own bodies, learning to listen where words have fallen silent. When thoughts race or stories feel stuck.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), which offers practical tools to untangle anxious patterns and reframe limiting beliefs.

Relational

I love using relation therapy because is a collaborative and compassionate approach that emphasizes the healing power of authentic, mutual relationships. It recognizes that our sense of self is profoundly shaped by the relationships we experience throughout our lives. In therapy, the relationship between client and therapist becomes a safe and supportive space to explore, repair, and reimagine how we relate to others—and to ourselves. This approach is particularly beneficial for individuals who have experienced relational trauma, attachment wounds, or chronic disconnection. It also supports those navigating identity, cultural, or systemic challenges that impact how they engage in relationships. In relational therapy, the therapist and client work together to co-create a trusting and empathic environment. This collaborative process allows clients to examine their relationship patterns, understand past experiences' influence on present interactions, and develop healthier ways of connecting with others. Through this therapeutic relationship, clients can experience new ways of relating that foster growth, healing, and transformation.
