Tiffany Hanzal
My name is Tiffany Hanzal and I am a licensed marriage and family Therapist practicing in California. I am a mother of three and I have over ten years experience working in various treatment settings and with a diverse population varying from those with needs for support due to crisis, Trauma, Grief, Anxiety, Depression, Dual- Diagnosis, Life Stress, and Post Partum. My approach is client centered and strengths based. I like to explore each individual's unique needs and goals with a holistic and integrated approach to healing and recovery. This may include multiple modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused and Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, as well as mindfulness. This allows for flexibility in the therapeutic process to ensure we are working toward meeting the needs and goals of the client as they transition and change throughout the process. My goal is to introduce and maintain and empathetic and non judgemental space. My goals are to support and provide guidance for each client to navigate and develop tools to heal, recover, and continue to live and function the way they want and deserve. I make my best attempt to remove any feeling of a sterile and clinical environment and create a space that feels safe, welcoming, and kind. I often use humor and relatability to assist in the process of developing a non judgemental, accepting, and empathetic relationship with clients. I have had many opportunities to see how hope, encouragement, empowerment, and unconditional empathy can motivate and support the emotional burdens of many people so that they can find their path to wellness. I am honored to be a part of the process that will provide the tools and strength to create the life you want and deserve.
