I help individuals manage stress, anxiety, and depression by assisting individuals in rediscovering or developing tools to manage life. Together, we can identify what's not working, find what works, and how to maintain balance in life. Seeking therapy can feel uncomfortable at first but I am a firm believer that rapport is a key element of successful therapy. I enjoy working collaboratively with clients while they uncover their personal core values and strengths. My goal in working with you is to collaboratively navigate difficult emotions and stressors of life. I believe you are the expert of your own life and there is not a one size fits all approach. I typically let the client take the lead, meaning this is YOUR session and I will be here to assist in building insight and coping. It is my hope that my client's would leave session feeling empowered and challenged.
