Greetings! I have been a psychologist for 17 years. I received my doctorate at Fairleigh Dickinson University. I have a mental health counseling license in NY, NJ and FL. Collaboratively with my clients, I work on creating your vision on yourself and eliminating the fears and doubts one has in manifesting the life they wish to live. I believe for the most part you can achieve anything!
The first session is mainly focused on what inspired you to come to therapy and getting to know each other. I will usually give you some light homework so that we can both explore you in the following session. I usually assign you to write 20 sentences about who you are and we review it the following session. This assists me in understanding how you see yourself.
My greatest strength is that I have so much love in me to love every single person I meet. Oftentimes, I see what you can't see, your beauty and incredible uniqueness, and your potential. I like to serve as a mirror to you. I am extremely optimistic and believe in you and your journey. I am also very intuitive and spiritual, which helps me guide you.
I work with all clients from different walks in life. I have great experience with trauma and working with anxiety and depression. I am non-judgmental. I enjoy working with people who want to grow and heal and are open to doing the work it takes to get there. I am not rigid and understand we all have layers that need to be peeled and growth is and individual process.
