Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I received my Masters from the JFK University in Berkeley and have been practicing for 11 years. I help adults struggling with anxiety and life transitions to become the best versions of themselves. Thank you for wanting to embark on this journey to create meaningful change within your life.

First session

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Strengths

Over the past 11 years I've developed a style that is approachable, and caring which invites vulnerability and deep insight. It has been a pleasure to see clients progress in a way that is meaningful to them and I have the privilege of being witness to this. I am truly inspired by the strength and courage of my clients and I work well with clients that have a desire to engage in deep insight.

Ideal clients

I really enjoy working with adults that are experiencing existential questioning, looking for what's next and have an eagerness to learn new ways of being their most authentic self in this world. The challenges of life events can throw us and I appreciate partnering with clients to create a life that is meaningful according to their own values and creating a roadmap for your life is our goal.

Treatment methods

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy can assist by providing a roadmap aligning your values and behaviors creating congruence and a more fulfilling life.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Being able to look at what has been imprinted from our formative years can assist us in knowing what we are bringing forward within ourselves and to relationships. This is the basis of learning how we feel about ourselves, the world and our future.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

Dialectical Behavior Therapy can assist by bringing balance when we have feelings of overwhelm by providing tools to become grounded and safe.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

Person-centered Therapy provides a basis for the therapeutic environment by partnering together to create a safe and secure place where deep thoughts and vulnerabilities can be shared.
