I also help with stress management and social skills. I obtained my master's degree from Grand Canyon University.

First session
We'll exchange brief introductions at the start of our first session. Then, we will dive straight into your issues. This will help me create a personalized plan that will guide our follow-up sessions.

Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Clients receive assistance in learning coping mechanisms, which enable them to alter their own negative emotions, thoughts, and behaviors.
Christian Counseling
cognitive-behavioral therapy with spiritual practices like prayer, Scripture reading, worship, and service. The main objective is to encouraging spiritual development and a closer bond with God.
Group Therapy
Through interaction with the group, members gain a better understanding of their circumstances, and gain knowledge from one another. They develop better interpersonal relationships and gain self-awareness.
Psychoeducation
In psychoeducation sessions, information is given orally, and written materials are provided in the form of sheets, guides and chapters of psychological tools; exercises or homework might also be given to encourage clients to explore and discover about issues on their own.
