New to Grow
I’ve spent the last 15 years helping people work through trauma, anxiety, depression, and the complicated ways these experiences shape daily life. I understand how deeply religious experiences—positive or painful—impact a person. I’m a direct therapist, but always compassionate; I believe in being honest, supportive, and human. I guide clients toward practical skills that they can begin to use immediately.
Your intake session is a gentle starting point where we get to know each other and explore what you’re hoping to work on. We’ll talk about your story, your strengths, and the challenges you’re facing right now. I’ll explain how therapy works and what you can expect moving forward. The goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and clear about your path.
Clients often tell me they appreciate that I’m straightforward while still being warm and compassionate. I use evidence‑based methods to help people heal from trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression, and I’ve been doing this work for 15 years. I’m here to offer clarity, support, and tools that actually help. My focus is on helping you feel stronger, more grounded, and more hopeful about your future.
I love helping clients get unstuck from trauma, anxiety, and depression. I use evidence-based practices that support healing at a pace that feels manageable to the client. I love working with clients who come in ready to change - but also enjoy clients who know that something feels wrong, but are stuck or frightened and unsure of what to do to help themselves.
EMDR
EMDR is a fantastic treatment for trauma and I've enjoyed using it successfully for many years.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT as a standalone treatment as well as include it in almost every other therapy I also use. It is quick and effective to help treat depression, anxiety, and a variety of other conditions.
Attachment-based
When relationships (of any kind) go wrong, attachment styles are often at the root of the problem. I've had great success using attachment styles to help clients with tricky relationship issues.
Cognitive Processing (CPT)
CPT is an evidence-based therapy for trauma that helps many clients after the worst things have happened to them. It is highly effective and is usually done as a 12-week protocol.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
I have seen DBT change clients' chaotic lives when they thought nothing could help them. I love this therapy because of how well it works in people who think there might not be hope for them.
