Stephanie Reyes
I understand that sometimes life can be challenging and can hinder personal growth, happiness, relationships, quality of life, professional success, parenting among other things. You feel like you are spinning your wheels but not going anywhere. You feel exhausted, overwhelmed, anxious, apathetic, sad and/or irritated. You may be surprised to know that there are ways to cope with these feelings so you can grab the reigns and get back on that horse! You want to create meaningful changes but aren’t sure where to start. I believe that the catalyst to that change exists within each of us, sometimes we need a little help to find it. I have experience working with older adults, adults, (teens 17+), veterans, active-duty military and their families, college students, EMS personnel, and caregivers in the treatment of mental health and life transition issues, marital issues, interpersonal issues, deployment, military separation, reunification, divorce, pregnancy, work and school issues, parenting and end of life issues (grief/placement). I can also provide case-management services, life coaching and ESA evaluations/letters.
First session
In our first session together we will spend some time getting to know each other and explore goals to help you move confidently ahead in your life. By building an alliance based on an agreed upon vision, we can identify patterns keeping you stuck in the past and learn healthier ways to move forward. Expect to feel supported, heard, respected and informed!
Strengths
Making each client feel heard and providing a supportive, safe, encouraging environment is my goal for every session.
