I am dedicated to helping clients develop their voice, harness their strengths, have satisfying relationships and find simple, realistic solutions that actually work. I love to use an integrative, individualized approach pulling from CBT, mindfulness, affirming and empowerment practices. My counseling style is straightforward, open-minded and affirming. I provide convenient, flexible telehealth video sessions to individuals, couples and families ages 18+ The clients I see may be dealing with identity issues, sexuality, anxiety, depression, self esteem issues, life transitions and relationship issues. I welcome clients of all genders, identities and relationship types. I am a lesbian identified therapist, social worker by trade, ally, wife and parent of two amazing kiddos. Having worked with LGBTQ+ clients and allies for more than a decade, I understand the unique challenges my clients face.
I love working with LGBTQ adults, couples and allies. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious and may have a hard time loving themselves inside and out.
