I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about helping people navigate everyday life. My specialty is working with women and teen girls. I work with clients who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or impacted by difficult experiences, and I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and supported. My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe healing happens when people feel heard without judgment and empowered to move forward at their own pace. Whether you’re navigating relationship concerns, past trauma, or major life transitions, I focus on helping you build resilience, clarity, and confidence. Above all, I value connection. Therapy with me is a partnership, and my goal is to walk alongside you as you work toward meaningful and lasting change.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In your first session, you can expect a welcoming, supportive space where we take time to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping to get out of it, and any concerns or questions you may have. There’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for—this session moves at your pace. I’ll ask questions to better understand your background, current challenges, and strengths, but the conversation is meant to feel natural, not clinical or overwhelming. By the end of the first session, my goal is that you walk away feeling heard, safe, respected and a little more hopeful than when you walked in .

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What often stands out about my work is the balance I bring between compassion and structure. I create a space where clients feel heard and understood, while also offering practical tools and guidance to support real change. Clients frequently share that therapy with me feels grounding and validating, but also purposeful. My approach is person-centered and collaborative. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all method—therapy is shaped around your needs, pace, and goals. I focus on helping clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and reconnect with their sense of agency. In addition to talking about what’s wrong, we work together to identify patterns, explore strengths, and develop strategies that feel realistic and sustainable. Results often show up as increased clarity, emotional regulation, and confidence. Clients begin to feel more empowered in their relationships, more connected to themselves, and better equipped to navigate life’s challenges.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I’m best positioned to support clients who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted, especially those navigating relationship challenges, past trauma, or major life transitions. My specialty is women and teen girls. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling unsure of themselves, carrying self-blame, or struggling to set boundaries and prioritize their own needs. I work well with clients who want a supportive, non-judgmental space to process their experiences while also learning practical tools to move forward. I’m especially helpful for clients who value collaboration and are open to gentle reflection, skill-building, and growth at their own pace. You don’t need to have everything figured out—just a willingness to show up and take the next step toward feeling more supported, empowered, and aligned with your goals.
