The clients I'm best positioned to serve
My ideal client is an adult who is feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted and is motivated to better understand themselves and create positive change. They may be struggling with anxiety, grief, life transitions, self-esteem, substance use concerns, or the loss of a beloved pet. They are open to self-reflection, learning practical coping skills, and working collaboratively in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I used Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a primary framework in my practice to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I work collaboratively with clients to identify unhelpful thinking patterns, increase emotional awareness, and develop practical coping and problem-solving skills, while supporting clients in building healthier coping strategies and lasting change.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
I integrate mindufulness-based practices with CBT to help clients increase present-moment awareness, reduce stress, and improve emotional regulation while building practical coping skills.
Trauma Informed Care
I use a trauma-informed approach to create a safe, supportive, and respectful environment. I prioritize emotional safety, collaboration, and empowerment while helping clients develop healthy coping strategies, increase resilience, and strengthen self awareness
