(she/her)
I began my career in healthcare as a medic in the United States Army, where I developed a strong foundation in patient care, discipline, and service. Following my honorable discharge, I pursued nursing, earning my Associate Degree as a Registered Nurse and later my Bachelor of Science in Nursing both with academic distinction. I gained six years of experience in both psychiatric and acute care hospital settings, which strengthened my commitment to mental health care. During this time, I completed a Master of Science in Advanced Practice Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner, followed by a second Master’s degree as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I graduated near the top of my class, earning Summa Cum Laude honors and induction into the Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society. I later completed my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree at Case Western Reserve University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. I am dual certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, though I practice exclusively in psychiatry. Over the past 10 years, I have treated children, adolescents, adults, and older adults across community clinics, private practice, group homes, retirement settings, and correctional facilities. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized, with a focus on helping each patient achieve meaningful, lasting improvement. Important Notes: ADHD treatment requires prior documentation and may require psychological evaluation. Due to telehealth regulations, only non-stimulant medications may be prescribed when appropriate. Paperwork requests require at least 3 months of established care.
During our first session, I will complete a comprehensive evaluation to better understand your concerns, develop an accurate diagnosis, and discuss individualized treatment options, including medication if appropriate.
I prescribe client's medications when indicated for their symptoms and diagnoses. Client's are referred to a therapist and/or a case manager when appropriate and if he/she chooses.
I treat children (age 6 and older), adolescents, and adults across the lifespan. I diagnose and treat a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders, PTSD, OCD, ADHD (with non-stimulant medication options), insomnia, and mood disorders. I also have experience treating eating disorders, substance use disorders (including alcohol and opioid use), personality disorders, autism spectrum disorders, and difficulties with anger regulation. Additional Information: If you have questions or need to be seen sooner than availability allows, you may reach me on the client portal.
I treat client's with a wide range of psychiatric disorders including but not limited to Anxiety Disorders, Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Psychotic Disorders, Eating Disorders, Alcohol and Opiate Addiction, PTSD, OCD, Personality Disorders, ADHD with NON-STIMULANT medications, Insomnia, Mood Disorders, Autism and Anger Disorders.

Ashleigh is very intelligent, solution oriented and direct. I really admire these qualities in a provider. In our sessions, I feel very seen and like my concerns are being treated seriously. I would recommend her to anyone looking for someone who wants quick, efficient and quality care from their mental health provider.

Ashleigh has been such a great provider for all of my mental health needs. She has consistently provided me with guidance beyond her "minimum duties" requirements, which makes me feel better about myself and our client-provider relationship. I would give her 100 stars if I could.
