I come from a multi-cultural background and work well with people with complex identities and experiences who don't fit neatly into a box. My work is informed by my experience of immigration and navigating different cultures, healing through loss and grief, navigating love and heartbreak, exploring art, music, body movement practices, and learning from the intuitive wisdom in nature and plant medicines.
Our first session will be an opportunity for us to get a feel for each other, and for me to understand your background and current context. You'll get to ask me any questions to get a sense of how well we will work together.
I see therapy as an art of possibilities—a space to tune into your intuition, desire for change, and expand your sense of what is possible. In our sessions, we will explore the nuance and complexities of your life, and help you move into the direction that you're called towards. My approach is rooted in self and collective empowerment, somatic practices, breathwork and meditation, expressive arts and drama therapy, cultural traditions and artforms of resistance.

By deepening awareness, you will increase your sense of choice and understanding of yourself.
Somatic
I provide guidance on connecting with your body, understanding and working with emotions, and using somatic approaches to self-regulate
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
I offer visualization and meditative exercises to help you achieve a sense of calm and ease, and to receive visions, intuitions and wisdom to guide you through your current path.
Experiential Therapy
Rather than relying purely on insight, we will have opportunities to work with your experience in the moment - which is a direct way to evoke change and promote the process of healing.
