I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Indiana. I received undergraduate degrees from Purdue University in Social Work and Psychology in 1988 and a Master's Degree in Social Work from Indiana University/Indianapolis in 1996. I have been working in the field since 1988 and licensed as a clinical social worker since 1999. In enjoy working with couples and individuals who are feeling stuck and want things to be different for themselves.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Besides my years of experience, I have had the opportunity to work with people from all walks of life, many different presenting issues, and all levels of readiness for therapy. All of these interactions have solidified my belief that we have a shared human experience and can benefit from an objective, accepting, non-judgmental connection with another human being. I provide just such a connection.
