New to Grow
I am here to help you remember who you are and build the capacity to hold life’s waves and find ways to root back into yourself no matter what is happening around you. My approach is person centered and creative. I weave nervous system regulation, expressive arts, mindfulness, and storytelling to help you feel safe in your body, clear in your mind, and hopeful about your future. Whether you are moving through grief, caregiving fatigue, anxiety, trauma, or simply the disorienting transitions of being human, I will meet you with compassion and honesty. I know the terrain of loss, overwhelm, and starting again. My own story has taught me that healing is never linear but it is always possible. Therapy with me is an invitation to be fully yourself, to process what hurts, and to grow into the life you long for with more presence, confidence, and ease.
In our first session, the focus is on getting to know each other. I will invite you to share what brings you in and the deeper layers of what you are carrying right now. We will talk through your goals, create a plan for moving forward, and work out the practical details like scheduling. I will introduce myself more fully, and you will have space to ask me any questions you need. More than anything, that first session is about creating a safe and open space where you can start to feel comfortable and supported.
My greatest strength as a therapist is the way I walk my talk. Everything I invite you into are practices I have lived myself. I know what it means to move through grief, anxiety, and uncertainty, and I also know what it takes to come back to hope. Because of that, I am able to hold space for the deepest pain and the most tender parts of your story without turning away. Clients often tell me they feel truly seen and safe with me. I bring a grounded presence, a creative spirit, and a deep belief in your ability to heal and grow.
My ideal client is someone who feels the weight of carrying too much on their own and longs for a place where they can finally exhale. They may be moving through grief, caregiving fatigue, trauma, anxiety, or simply the uncertainty of big life transitions. They are sensitive, thoughtful, and often the one others turn to, yet inside they crave deeper support for themselves. They want to feel more regulated in their body, more grounded in their daily life, and more connected to who they truly are. They are prepared to do the work and willing to engage in the practices that will help them grow. They want to become empowered, step into their own embodiment, and create a life that feels aligned and alive.
I create spaces where people feel seen, safe, and empowered to guide their own healing.
I teach people that identity isn't fixed and that people can reshape the stories they tell about themselves.
Having walked a personal experience of heavy grief I am able to create a safe space to explore all the layers involved.
I help people ground into the present moment and live by their values, not fear or avoidance
