Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I like to work to get to know you and what brings you to therapy. I also do intake during this first session.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths would have to be my ability to help clients who have experienced trauma in their life process and heal from their past.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is a child, teen, or adult who has experienced trauma such as sexual or physical abuse. They may struggle with anxiety, depression, shame, or difficulty trusting others. They want to feel safe, understood, and regain control of their lives. Their goals are to process painful experiences, reduce trauma symptoms, and build healthy relationships. They seek healing, resilience, and hope for a better future.
