I'm a bilingual (English and Spanish) Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) with nearly 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I enjoy working with individuals as they navigate life's challenges, build confidence, and work toward their personal goals.

My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive space where you can be yourself, feel heard, and work through things at your own pace.

First session

Our first session is really about getting to know each other. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you're hoping to work on, and any questions you may have. There's no pressure to share everything right away. We'll take things at your pace and figure out what makes the most sense for you moving forward.

Strengths

I'm easy to talk to and enjoy getting to know people. I bring a little humor into sessions when appropriate and try to make therapy feel more like a conversation. I know opening up isn't always easy, so I take my time building trust and getting to know what works best for each person.

Ideal clients

I enjoy working with teens and adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, dealing with anxiety, going through life changes, or just trying to figure things out. You don't have to have everything figured out or even know where to start. Whether you're looking for support, wanting to better understand yourself, or ready to make some changes, I'm here to help you work through it at your own pace.

Ongoing work together

We'll continue working on the things that matter most to you and check in along the way to see what's helping and what might need to change. Progress looks different for everyone. Sometimes it's feeling less overwhelmed, handling situations differently, or noticing that things that once felt difficult are getting a little easier. We'll celebrate those small wins along the way.

Treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT to help you better understand how your thoughts can affect the way you feel and react to situations. Together, we'll work on recognizing patterns that may not be helpful and finding ways to manage them. I like to focus on things you can actually use in your everyday life.
