I use empathetic listening to assist in discussing various aspects of your background that might feel difficult.
My approach to care is collaborative, compassionate, and nonjudgmental.
First session
Clients can anticipated a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where they will feel free to discuss whatever they feel comfortable without feeling pressured to dive deeper then they are ready to. My clients will feel as they are in the driver's seat of our relationship with myself as copilot to assist.

Ideal clients

The challenges may not be limited to one area of their life and may impact others as well as themselves. Ideally, they are seeking a collaborative relationship to make a positive impact in their lives and ready to take the next step.
Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT to help individuals identify thought patterns that lead to emotions that can impact behavior. Once identified, we will work to reshape those thoughts to produce a healthier emotional response.
