Our first session is all about getting to know you. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you're hoping to work on, and what goals you’d like to move toward. We'll review policies and I’ll also ask questions about different areas of your life — like your relationships, work or school, mental health history, and current challenges — to get a well-rounded picture of your experience. This session is also a chance for you to ask questions, get a feel for how I work, and make sure this is a good fit. We’ll start identifying what’s already working, what you’d like to change, and begin building a plan that feels realistic and meaningful to you. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out — just come as you are. This is a supportive space, and we’ll move at your pace.
