Hi! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. I received my Master's Degree from California Baptist University in 2015. I have been practicing since 2014 and have worked with children, youth, adults and families. First session
In our first session together, we will start with introductions and then I will be listening and responding to your current issues. It is my goal to tailor each session according to your goals and needs.

My greatest strengths are listening to your needs and helping the client find their strengths throughout treatment. I want to help and service as best as I can with the client being active in treatment the whole way.

In my practice, I help the client find the solution to the problem and helping them navigate the challenges or steps the need to fix the problem.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
In my practice, I help the client find out what help they need cognitively and find behavioral solutions to help them navigate their everyday life.
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
In my practice, I help the client find a goal and help them find solutions that they can accept and commit to.
