It's my pleasure to meet you! As a double board certified, Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, it would be my absolute pleasure to go along this journey with you as you seek to accomplish a peaceful balance within your physical and mental health well-being. I have been practicing for the past 11 years and specialize in supporting those within the ages of 6 to adults across the lifespan. It is my joy to support you to find peace, comfort and a sense of balance in your life.
For our first session, I aim to ensure that I gather a full picture of your current situation emotionally, mentally, and physically. In addition, talking with you to find out about your past life's history, accomplishments, and hindrances are captured. Overall, providing a sense of compassion and active listening is essential.
People have noted that they feel comfortable, cared for, and heard during my sessions. I aim to provide a culturally compassionate atmosphere when I am providing care during these sessions.
My experience has been in serving individuals who deal with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and uncertainty in life. I enjoy encouraging lifestyle changes in a holistic manner that complements medication management. Clients can rest assured that my goal is to help you achieve a balance with your mind, emotions, and body. Lifestyle changes and encouragement are foremost.
