I am open and willing to support anyone no matter where they are in their life, my goal is to help and most importantly listen. Often the world ignores our struggles and pushes us onward. I am here to listen and I hope to work with those overcoming the trauma of their past so that they can see their bright and joyous future ahead of them. Working together with you to help you become the best versions of yourself. I would be humbled to work with you if you are struggling with Depression, Anxiety, ADHD Trauma, PTSD, or process addictions (video game addiction, social media addiction, smoking, and internet addiction).

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we will quickly review your intake paperwork and then jump into the issues your are facing. My framework is to give you as many tools as possible in the first session to improve your welling being and mental health in the first week.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am an EMDR trained clinician and can use that approach to address traumas or even lessen stressors in your life. I can help you to address relationship issues, ADHD, dealing with stress, and even symptoms of depression or anxiety. My experience in technology, gaming, and social media allows me to address the use of these processes when they become problematic.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT is based on the concept that your thoughts, feelings, physical sensations and actions are interconnected, and that negative thoughts and feelings can trap you in a negative cycle. CBT aims to help you deal with overwhelming problems in a more positive way by breaking them down into smaller parts. You're shown how to change these negative patterns to improve the way you feel. Unlike some other talking treatments, CBT deals with your current problems, rather than focusing on issues from your past. It looks for practical ways to improve your state of mind on a daily basis.
