From there, we'll work together to identify clear goals for our solution-focused treatment journey. This helps me put together a personalized plan for our future sessions, one that's built around what you actually need.

As a provider, I think my greatest strengths are empathy and creating a space where clients feel safe enough to really explore what they're going through. Over the past 7+ years, I've leaned into a strength-based, solution-focused approach, helping people recognize and build on the resilience and capabilities they already have while working toward clear, practical goals. I value a collaborative relationship with my clients, one where their voice matters and their strengths are recognized. This compassionate, empowering approach is what allows me to guide clients toward meaningful, lasting change in a focused and efficient way.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

My approach is rooted in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, which means we won't spend months digging through the past. Instead, we'll focus on what's happening for you right now and build practical tools you can start using right away. This works especially well for ADHD and anxiety, where concrete coping skills and a little more structure can make a real difference fairly quickly. My goal is for you to walk away from sessions with real steps that fit into your everyday life.

Motivational Interviewing

I use Motivational Interviewing, an approach built around the idea that you already hold the motivation and answers you need. Instead of telling you what to do, I'll ask questions that help you explore your own reasons for change and work through any mixed feelings about it. This approach meets you exactly where you are, without judgment, and helps build your confidence to move forward at a pace that feels right for you.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which focuses on the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. We'll work together to notice unhelpful thinking patterns and learn practical tools to shift them. This approach is especially useful for managing anxiety and building healthier, more balanced ways of responding to everyday challenges.

Strength-Based

I also use a strength-based approach, which means we focus on what's already working for you, not just what's wrong. Everyone has strengths and resilience, even if they're hard to see in the moment. Together, we'll build on those strengths to help you grow and feel more confident handling life's challenges.
