Collaborative Management and Assessment of Suicidality (CAMS)

I speak with clients who experience suicidal thoughts and help them to determine the origin and what can be done to stop them. As your provider, I will focus on your Medication management and prescriptions, listen to all feedback and adjust as necessary.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help my patients rationalize and change unhelpful behaviors. We aim to improve thought patterns as treatment goes on.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy to help my patients to find ways to regulate their emotions, maintain better behaviors & relationships.

Christian Counseling

I am an ordained pastored that has a focus on mental health awareness. I work to teach my clients how to use Christian principles and values to positively impact their mental health and relationships.

Psychoeducation

I help my clients, both patients and caretakers, to better understand mental disorders and the practices and treatments that help them to manage symptoms.
