I listen to my patients and we come up with appropriate treatment together
My experience has helped me to arrive at appropriate diagnosis and to know what medications work.
I speak with clients who experience suicidal thoughts and help them to determine the origin and what can be done to stop them. As your provider, I will focus on your Medication management and prescriptions, listen to all feedback and adjust as necessary.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help my patients rationalize and change unhelpful behaviors. We aim to improve thought patterns as treatment goes on.
I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy to help my patients to find ways to regulate their emotions, maintain better behaviors & relationships.
I am an ordained pastored that has a focus on mental health awareness. I work to teach my clients how to use Christian principles and values to positively impact their mental health and relationships.
I help my clients, both patients and caretakers, to better understand mental disorders and the practices and treatments that help them to manage symptoms.
