Hi, I’m Erin. I’ve been supporting children, teens, young adults, individuals, and families therapeutically for more than seven years. I believe that feeling heard, understood, and supported can make a meaningful difference in the healing process. My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I work alongside clients to better understand their experiences, navigate challenges, and build confidence and resilience. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you can feel comfortable being yourself and supported as you move toward greater connection, clarity, and growth.
In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and start building trust. I want to learn about your story — both what’s happening now and the experiences that have shaped you. Understanding your background helps us create goals that feel meaningful and relevant to where you are right now.
What helps me stand out as a clinician is the blend of both my personal and professional experience. As a parent, I understand the everyday ups and downs that come with family life, and I bring that same empathy and realism into my work with clients. I’ve also had the privilege of working across several community agencies, which has given me a deep understanding of how different systems — like schools, healthcare, and social services — shape people’s experiences. This background helps me see the full picture and support clients in ways that feel practical, compassionate, and grounded in real life.
I can support clients who may feel a bit “stuck” — navigating changes in their lives, feeling overwhelmed by relationships, or trying to understand themselves more fully. I especially enjoy working with young people who are finding their voice, figuring out their place in the world, or learning to manage emotions and expectations. I know therapy can feel intimidating at first. I aim to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are — uncertain, hopeful, tired, curious, or all of the above. I have the ability to balance empathy with practical support. I believe real progress happens when you feel truly seen, accepted, and supported.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I work with patients to help them identify the ways that thoughts, feelings and behaviors are all interconnected. If we work to identify and understand these pieces patients can improve their overall emotional well being.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
I've received lengthy training in this modality, I often implement different parts of my training to help support patients however I can to help meet their needs.
