Integrating Faith-based therapy can offer a holistic approach to mental health care that addresses the whole person-mind, body, and spirit. It can incorporate a client's spiritual or religious beliefs and values, to assist in finding meaning in their lives while also addressing their emotional needs. It can also be incorporated with other treatment methods such as CBT and Strength's Based.
