In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session will be a "get to know each other" session. I want to allow space for your present concerns and here about your journey towards counseling. The "intake" will be over 3-4 sessions as we organically address "intake" questions. The first session is yours to experience the process and allow us to begin to create a therapeutic alliance.

I provide a supportive, collaborative space to help you manage stress, navigate life changes, and build effective coping strategies. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I used evidenced based techniques in therapy. Each client is different so there is no "one size fits all". I will tailor your treatment to your needs and comfort level.
