Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. I earned my Master’s degree from California State University Long Beach and have been practicing for 7 years. I specialize in helping young adults who are struggling with stress, anxiety, and life transitions. In my practice, I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a strength-based approach, and Motivational Interviewing. My therapy style is semi-structured, where you take the lead in our conversations, but I offer gentle support to help identify key themes and guide the discussion deeper. Together, we’ll explore how your thought processes were formed, address cognitive distortions, and uncover meaning in your personal history and experiences.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll begin with brief introductions, and you'll have the opportunity to share the specific challenges you're facing. After that, I'll share my approach. In future sessions, we will work collaboratively to develop a personalized plan tailored to your needs.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strengths as a provider are my ability to meet clients where they are, my collaborative approach to problem-solving, and my focus on developing personalized strategies that fit each individual's unique challenges. I believe in creating a supportive environment where clients feel empowered to explore solutions that work best for them

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I enjoy working with young adults who are navigating transitions. Life is filled with transitions, both exciting and challenging. During these times, we often need guidance and support. My clients are eager to expand their tool box with skills that will help them navigate the ebb and flow of life. who are in the first few years of their careers. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their careers.
