What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

other and understanding your current concerns. I’ll ask about your personal history, including any relevant life experiences, and what brings you to therapy. We’ll discuss your goals and what you hope to achieve through our work together. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions and to determine if my approach feels like a good fit for you. Together, we’ll begin to outline a personalized plan that addresses your unique needs and sets the stage for your therapeutic journey.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My treatment methods

Attachment-based

At SupportPath Therapy, I utilize an attachment-based approach to help clients understand the deep connections between their early relationships and current emotional experiences. This method allows us to explore and heal attachment wounds, fostering healthier relationships and a stronger sense of self. By integrating this with a holistic approach, we consider all aspects of your well-being—emotional, physical, and spiritual—creating a comprehensive path toward mental health and personal growth. Together, we work towards building resilience, enhancing self-awareness, and cultivating lasting change.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I employ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and reframe negative thought patterns that impact their emotions and behaviors. Through this evidence-based method, we work together to develop practical strategies for managing stress, anxiety, and other challenges

Couples Counseling

my approach to couples counseling focuses on enhancing communication, rebuilding trust, and fostering deeper connections between partners. By exploring the dynamics of your relationship, we work together to identify patterns that may be causing conflict or disconnect. I help couples develop healthier interactions, strengthen their bond, and support each other’s overall mental health, leading to a more fulfilling and harmonious relationship.

Culturally Sensitive Therapy

I prioritize culturally sensitive therapy, recognizing and respecting the unique backgrounds, identities, and experiences each client brings. This approach allows us to address your specific challenges within the context of your cultural values and beliefs. I consider all aspects of your well-being—emotional, mental, physical, and cultural—ensuring that our work together is both meaningful and relevant to your life. This comprehensive approach fosters a deeper understanding of yourself and promotes healing and growth in a way that honors your cultural heritage.
