Hello, my name is Kashay Battle and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. I received my Masters from the University of Southern California and have been practicing for 5-6 years. I help children, adolescents and young adults struggling with trauma, grief, eating disorders, and depression work through their mental health struggles using CBT and DBT tools/methods to become the best versions of themselves.

CBT is based on the concept that your thoughts, feelings, physical sensations and actions are interconnected, and that negative thoughts and feelings can trap you in a negative cycle. CBT aims to help you deal with overwhelming problems in a more positive way by breaking them down into smaller parts.
