New to Grow
Since 2019 I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, from intensive residential treatment centers to private practice. I help people get unstuck and move forward, whether it’s personal struggles, family challenges, or life transitions. My therapy is direct, practical, and focused on real change. Before becoming a therapist, I studied Finance and Economics and worked as a Healthcare Software Consultant. After years of working in Residential Treatment Centers and seeing mental health struggles up close in my family and community, I shifted my career to do work that felt meaningful and practical. That background shapes how I think about problem-solving, structure, and progress.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
The first session will include completing an assessment to get a holistic picture of what you are wanting to work on and what your goals are. This will also include time for you to ask questions to the the therapist.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I worked in a high stress residential treatment environment and have learned how to have difficult conversations through this. I am able to give direct feedback on areas for growth which many of my clients appreciate.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
My ideal client would be men from teenagers on up. These clients would be dealing with anxiety, depression, and addictions issues. These clients would value direct feedback and pragmatic solutions to deal with the issues they are facing. I work well with clients who are motivate for change and are willing to work outside of the session to accomplish their goals.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Focuses on problem-solving and shifting thought patterns that drive stress, self-doubt, and avoidance. Helpful for creating momentum and clarity.
EMDR
