I am trained in Modern Psychoanalysis, CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and have a special certification in helping couples strengthen their relationships using the Gottman Method. I work with adults and couples from all religions, cultures and socioeconomic backgrounds. My therapeutic approach is to partner with you in a supportive, non-judgmental, down to earth and thought-provoking way which allows you to develop and foster a positive change in your life as well as learn mindfulness and healthy coping skills. I have 10 years of experience as a licensed professional counselor in New Jersey. I am here to listen to your story, to help you navigate through past traumas and experiences to allow you break free from unhealthy patterns that cause anxiety, depression, panic, and stress.

I support clients with depression, anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, and high-conflict relationships. During our initial sessions, we will delve into the issues at hand and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back. My clients can expect increased calm, confidence and more stable relationships.

I believe that by building increased insight and awareness, people make strides toward emotional growth, emotional wellbeing, and mental resilience. I will to listen to your story, help you navigate through past and present. I will guide you through the process of breaking free from repetitive patterns, learn mindfulness, and develop healthy coping skills.
