About me

Do you find yourself repeating family patterns that don’t serve you? This can be due to childhood trauma. Childhood trauma can leave you with the sense that there's something wrong with you; that you are defective/different/unlovable. These feelings are likely projections that you received from your caregivers. If this resonates with you and you want to change those patterns, then I will support you to explore the connection between your past experiences–often from childhood–and your current mindset. I work with Women’s Mental Health Concerns such as menopause, Grief, Anxiety, Depression, and job stress.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

This is a collaborative process, thus we will identify family generational patterns where your inner child continues to feel wounded that keeps you stuck and process life stressors. The healing journey is the process of remembering, returning to, and expressing your truest self. Trauma shows up most clearly in our relationships, because it affects how we love, our ability to give/show love, and how safe we feel giving and receiving love. If you are ready to unpack childhood traumas and want a change in your life, please contact me.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I listen to each person's concerns and work to create a long-lasting, trustworthy partnership to maintain and improve overall health. I foster a safe environment for you to express yourself, and feel heard and validated. Thus, I use a strengths-based and holistic approach to reflect, guide, and build personal insight. Here you will find a safe space allowing you to express yourself and feel validated. I empower folks to uncover their their resiliency using a holistic approach.
