Childhood trauma can leave you with the sense that there's something wrong with you; that you are defective/different/unlovable. These feelings are likely projections that you received from your caregivers. I work with Women’s Mental Health Concerns such as Postpartum depression, menopause, Grief, Anxiety, Depression, and job stress.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

This is a collaborative process, thus we will identify family generational patterns where your inner child continues to feel wounded that keeps you stuck and process life stressors. The healing journey is the process of remembering, returning to, and expressing your truest self. Trauma shows up most clearly in our relationships, because it affects how we love, our ability to give/show love, and how safe we feel giving and receiving love. Given that each person is different, I tailor therapy sessions to meet my clients’ specific needs by using a blend of therapeutic methods (i.e., strengths-based, attachment-based, and trauma-informed). I will happily collaborate with you to develop positive coping strategies to manage challenges healthily. I provide a safe calm environment for clients in order to allow them to express their thoughts and feelings comfortably.
