New to Grow
I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 5 years of experience in mental health care and more than 13 years working with individuals facing addiction. I have also been a registered nurse for 40 years, which has shaped my compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. My goal is to help you feel more stable, supported, and in control of your mental health. I work with adults who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, schizophrenia, and substance use. I focus on meeting you where you are and helping you take meaningful steps toward improving your quality of life. I believe in creating a safe, respectful space where you can speak openly and feel heard without judgment. Together, we will work toward your personal goals and help you become the best version of yourself.
During our first session, we will take time to get to know each other and talk about what brought you to seek support. I will ask questions to better understand your history, current concerns, and goals for treatment. We will also review how I work, including scheduling, follow-ups, and communication, so you know what to expect moving forward. From there, we will begin to develop a clear and personalized treatment plan. If appropriate, we can discuss medication options and create a plan for ongoing support and monitoring to ensure your needs are being met.
One of my greatest strengths is my ability to listen with care and without judgment. I want you to feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and concerns openly. I am dependable and consistent, and I strive to be someone you can trust throughout your care. I am committed to supporting you in a thoughtful and responsive way, while helping you stay on track with your goals.
Mental health services will be provided to clients over the age of 18 suffering from ADHD, Addiction, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, PTSD and Schizophrenia.

I identify as
Motivational Interviewing
Motivational Interviewing uses a collaborative approach to help patients find their own internal motivation to change certain behaviors. Patients feel heard rather than judged. It supports recovery in depression by helping patients reconnect with values and motivation, assists individuals with anxiety in exploring readiness for exposure or behavioral change, and is well-established in treating substance use disorders. It is also valuable when patients are ambivalent about diagnoses, medication side effects, or long-term treatment plans.
