I believe that everyone deserves a safe, non-judgmental space to explore what's going on in their lives and to feel understood. We can work together to discover your patterns, navigate your thoughts and feelings, and move towards loving all of your parts. Making the decision to start, or continue therapy is the first step in choosing yourself. You deserve to have at least one area in your life that is just about you.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

We will go over you history, what brought you to therapy, your past experiences, any current symptoms, and your goals or expectations for the therapeutic process.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I use an eclectic approach to tailor sessions to each individual client. Every person is unique and will respond differently to different approaches. I try to create understanding and warmth to create a safe space for clients to be able to express themselves and get to know what's going on. Because I have also gone on my own healing journey, I feel I can understand what my clients are going through, and the steps they can take to make progress.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Do you feel overwhelmed by your thoughts, emotions, or day-to-day stress? Are you looking for assistance in navigating your relationships, any conflicts that might arise, or learning better ways to communicate? Would you like to better connect with yourself, and get to know your wants, needs, and desires?

I was nervous before the meeting but she was helpful in putting my thoughts into words. I’m still nervous but I feel kind of comfortable
