LCSW, 10 years of experience
New to Grow
I spent years feeling like the outsider — never fully belonging, never fully seen. I wore masks to fit in, chasing acceptance in spaces that never truly held me. In the process, I became a stranger to myself. Even surrounded by people, I felt empty. Lost. Unfulfilled. To survive, I had buried the wounded parts of me — the parts craving love, safety, and truth. But eventually, I couldn’t ignore them anymore. Becoming a therapist was part of my healing. It gave language to my pain and purpose to my journey. I realized I wasn’t broken — I was buried. Now, I help women unearth themselves. I hold space for them to reclaim the pieces they were told to hide — the parts that were abandoned, dismissed, or forgotten.
Together, we will untangle the stress, silence the self doubt, and rebuild your confidence so you can stand firmly in your truth, embrace your strength and live boldly as the best version of yourself.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. Over the years, I have developed extensive experience in trauma-informed care, working deeply with women who have faced complex wounds and difficult life challenges. My training includes a strong foundation in trauma-focused approaches as well as motivational therapy, empowering clients to find their inner strength and motivation for lasting change. I believe in meeting each woman exactly where she is, honoring her unique journey, and fostering a therapeutic space grounded in safety, respect, and genuine connection
Do you ever find yourself disappointed with where you are in life- troubled by plans that never came through, goals that were never reached, or an overwhelming sense of stagnation? Do daily stressors, relationships, or life transitions leave you feeling drained and unbalanced? Perhaps past traumas, and unhealed wounds have kept you from stepping fully into your potential. Maybe you struggle with imposter syndrome and have normalized making yourself small so others would feel more comfortable. Have you wondered what it would be like to finally release the burdens you've been carrying and step confidently into who you were meant to be? If this is you, you don’t have to walk this journey alone.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and client-centered, creating a safe space where individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered. I integrate evidence-based practices with compassion to help clients navigate challenges, build resilience, and discover healthier ways of coping. Together, we focus on uncovering strengths and fostering growth to achieve meaningful and lasting change.
