My treatment methods

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

To maximize the benefits of this approach, the client must be mindful and accept their past before moving on to the present. The goal of mindfulness therapy is to be present in the moment, and be able to take on the present challenges by mastering awareness, meditation, and breathing exercises. Using this approach will assist the client to be in the here and now, and help avoid the persistent negative thought pattern.
