New to Grow
I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker–Clinical Practice (LISW-CP) with over eight years of experience supporting individuals and couples on their journey toward healing and growth. I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, helping you navigate life’s challenges, build on your strengths, and develop tools to feel more balanced and confident. As your therapist, I am committed to walking alongside you as you work toward meaningful, lasting change.
In our first session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive space where we will begin getting to know each other. I will ask questions to better understand your concerns, goals, and what brings you to therapy, while also allowing you to share at your own pace. We will talk about what you hope to gain from our work together and begin identifying initial areas of focus. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, comfortable, and hopeful about the process ahead.
My greatest strength in working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and work-life balance challenges is my ability to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly heard and understood. I combine practical, evidence-based strategies with a compassionate, strengths-focused approach to help clients build effective coping skills and regain a sense of control and clarity. I am particularly skilled at helping clients navigate stress, set healthy boundaries, and develop sustainable habits that support both emotional well-being and personal fulfillment.
I am best positioned to serve adults and couples seeking support in managing anxiety, depression, and relational challenges. I work effectively with professionals navigating career demands, work-life balance, and stress-related concerns. I also have a particular focus on supporting women in addressing personal, emotional, and interpersonal growth goals. My approach is well-suited for individuals who are motivated to develop insight, build coping skills, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
My approach integrates cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) with a strengths-based perspective, helping you understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are interconnected. While also helping you to gain the knowledge to change negative thought patterns.
Motivational Interviewing
Through motivational interviewing, I support clients in exploring their ambivalence and strengthening their own motivation for change.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
I incorporate mindfulness-based interventions to enhance present-moment awareness and promote effective emotional regulation.
