Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session we will cover ground rules including confidentiality, informed consent, and cancellation policy. We will discuss what brought you to therapy, current symptoms you are experiencing, discuss some background information, and what you hope to accomplish in therapy.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What makes me a unique therapist is the way I balance clinical expertise with genuine human connection. I strive to create a space where clients feel deeply heard, respected, and safe, meeting each person with curiosity rather than judgment. I tailor my approach to the individual in front of me, recognizing that no two people—or healing journeys—are the same. By combining evidence-based practices with empathy, authenticity, and collaboration, I help clients build insight, resilience, and practical tools for meaningful, lasting change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I employ evidence-based methods, techniques, tools, & theories such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, & Person-Centered Therapy. Through these research-backed approaches, we can collaboratively enhance your quality of life, boost confidence, elevate self-esteem, enhance mood, & reduce anxiety.
