I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience supporting adults, children, and families through life’s most difficult challenges. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, family stress, or major life transitions, I offer a compassionate, grounded space where healing and growth can take root. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of individuals and families, including those within the military community. I understand the unique pressures and sacrifices that come with military life.
