In our first session, we'll take the time to build a rapport and establish a comfortable therapeutic relationship. This will involve exploring your background, experiences, and any concerns you may have. Additionally, we'll discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and what you hope to achieve through our sessions. The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

As a therapist, my greatest strengths lie in my ability to empathize with my clients, creating a safe and nonjudgmental space for them to explore their thoughts and feelings. She has been the best therapist I have had by far. She lets me see things from an unbiased point of view which has helped me a lot. She is very kind and listens to everything you say.

Amber not only listens to you speak in detail ,but asks questions, gives thought provoking feedback while holding you accountable to your own goals in the process of evaluating anxiety, depression or stability. Amber isn't judgmental, or condescending in her approach but rather open minded and conscience of her words or advice in an ethical and intellectual manner. Amber has helped me so much in regards to self care, thinking through impulsive moments with being more self aware.
