Hello :-) My aim is to help you help yourself. And I love doing that in a profound way. Psychotherapy & life coaching have allowed me to dive deep with people to help them become their best selves. When I'm not doing therapy, I'm making music, hiking, surfing, or reading something thought-provoking. I may even recommend books, movies, etc. to help you dive even deeper and get the most out of our time together. Are you ready to work through your past and move forward in your life? Whether you suffer from trauma, issues with anxiety, depression, or life transitions, I can help. I'm a great listener (occupational hazard not to be haha) and am fairly laid back. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, humanistic, solution-focused therapy, and life coaching. Therapy helps us to repair the past, while coaching helps us to build a better future. I start wherever you're at and move at whatever pace you need.
