First session
My approach to therapy is flexible and based on a client's individual needs. As a therapist, I provide a safe environment with reflective listening and use various therapeutic modalities to help bring clarity and insight.
Strengths
I believe therapeutic support can often help individuals find the resiliency they need to get through life experiences, and I would be honored to collaborate with you on your path to growth and healing. I believe I have a natural ability to relate and connect with others, as I have experienced various trials and tribulations.
Ideal clients
My therapeutic experiences are working with individuals to resolve symptoms including, but not limited to: anxiety, depression, managing stress, ADHD, behavioral issues, divorce, interpersonal relationships, grief, self-esteem, trauma, and family conflicts. My overall objective within the therapeutic process is to help individuals feel supported and provide the tools needed to reach their desired goals. **Unfortunately, I am NOT currently accepting couples for therapy at this time.**
